The Way Out

So ordinary. So commonplace. We unthinkingly walk through them all day most days. Doors. Through them we enter and exit. We go to and from. We open and close.

Doors serve as metaphors for meaning. We know them to be thresholds between the no longer and the not yet. They mark important life cycles. They signify transition and even transformation.
