Souvenirs from the Open Seas

Along the way of our lives, we are marked by our experiences. Several weeks ago in the tiny harbor of St. Martins, New Brunswick, Canada, I came across a dry docked sailboat named Dad and Lad Too. I slowly walked around it, wondering about the experiences at sea embedded in the markings I found on its hull.

I share here my findings as seen in my walk. I am pondering each image. What is the experience revealed? How might you name each marking?
