A bright, sunny, early fall day was the setting for a photographic walk about on the land named Shamper’s Bluff, New Brunswick, Canada. The home of Freeman Patterson, well-known, highly respected, and awarded Canadian fine art photographer, the property is a photographer’s paradise. Freeman’s spirit dances not only through his life and his fine art photography but also through the land on which he lives and works to preserve. I was there through an invitation from Freeman to the photography class he was teaching.
Here is my take as I wandered and wondered around his home grounds.
Just a few glimpses of matter becoming spirit on Shamper’s Bluff. Like the invitation of the two chairs, the experience was one meant to be shared.
