The July fourth-Sunday challenge for the f/4 studio women is “round.” “Round” is a geometric shape as well as a motion. It can connect. It can include and also exclude. It can create moods and evoke feelings.

Dusty Springfield in his lyrics “The Windmills of Your Mind” describes “round:”

“Round like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning on an ever spinning reel
Like a snowball down a mountain, or a carnival balloon…
Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind!”

Your photos and my passion for writing again connect! I recently wrote a piece for my creative writing class inspired by the words from THE CIRCLE Of LIFE music from THE LION KING. That focused awakening magnifies my attention to each of the f/4 camera catches shared in this online offering! THANK YOU FOR THE CONNECTION!!
